Why Do Pre-Orders take so long to ship?
We source our minis from a handful of vendors from Asia. Some are hand-made to order, others still travel a long way to get to us. Covid has made shipping times exponentially longer and the vendors are also experiencing staff shortages due to the pandemic. We apologize for the prolonged delay and appreciate your patience! Should your items be further delayed for whatever reason, we will get in touch with you via email.

Do you take custom requests?
We don't usually take custom orders but please email us and we'll do our very best to meet your needs.
I just subscribed to your email list but where is my 10% discount code?
The discount code applies to your next order and can take up to 24 hours to send to your mailbox from the time of subscription. If you don't see it after 24 hours please check your SPAM folder.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Shipping depends on your order size and country of delivery. We will send an invoice for shipping cost separately upon receiving your order.

How often do you restock?
We restock whenever we receive shipments which can be between 1-2 months. We appreciate your patience.
