Order Processing:

All orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We are a small operation and will do our best to ship your orders in a timely manner. Please note that pre-order minis and made-to-order minis have specific shipping timelines.

Should you need your minis shipped sooner, we offer expedited processing and priority shipping options. Your orders will go out in 2 business days and ship via USPS priority mail. 

Returns/Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges should you be dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to receive an exchange/refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don't accept returns for digital downloads, custom orders, or sale items.

-Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $150

-Please select local pick up to bypass shipping charges if you’re able to pick up from Burbank, CA

Pick ups are available Mon/Thurs by appointments only

-Int' shipping calculated based on order and country of destination. Please select "Int' shipping" at check out and you will be billed separately based on DHL shipping quote

**We ship all orders through USPS. All domestic orders come with tracking numbers. I am not liable for any damages/lost packages that may occur as a result of the shipping process once the packages are scanned in with USPS.
